We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. To avoid unnecessary misunderstandings or disputes, please carefully read the following return and refund rules:
1. 非质量问题不支持退货 / No Returns for Non-Quality Issues
除非商品存在严重质量问题,否则一旦售出,恕不接受退货。
No returns will be accepted unless the product has a significant quality issue.
2. 退货条件 / Conditions for Return
- 商品需保持未使用、未洗涤、未损坏,且保留原包装。
- 必须提供有效的订单号和购买凭证。
- 买家需在收到商品后 7天内 提出退货申请。
- Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- A valid order number and proof of purchase are required.
- The buyer must apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. 不支持退货的情况 / Non-Returnable Items
- 定制类、折扣促销商品。
- 已经使用或损坏的商品。
- 因个人原因造成的不满意(如尺寸不合适、个人喜好等)。
- Customized or discounted items.
- Used or damaged products.
- Dissatisfaction due to personal reasons (e.g., size not suitable, personal preference).
4. 退货运费 / Return Shipping Fee
- 因质量问题产生的退货,运费由卖家承担。
- 非质量问题退货,运费由买家承担。
- For returns caused by quality issues, the seller bears the shipping fee.
- For non-quality issue returns, the buyer bears the shipping fee.
5. 退款流程 / Refund Process
- 卖家确认收到并检验退回商品后,退款将在 7个工作日内 原路退回。
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
